Denouncing the Sadist God - Moral Questions from Genesis

In case I don't finish the Bible's first book in this medium, here's a few questions on morality derived from the book; the answers to which put to rest the idea that the god of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam was/"is" a moral authority of any kind.

1.  Is it moral to kill a child for the sins of his parents?  For the sins of his neighbors?

2.  Is it moral to punish a person for sins committed by another?  In other words, is it moral to punish the innocent for the crimes of the guilty?

3.  Is it moral to make people unable to commit a right action, and then punish those people for their failure to act rightly?

Divine whim, ladies and gentlemen; the morality of this sadist thug of a god.  And this is only from the first book.
